We never need them: nothing you enter on this site reaches us in the first place, so we cannot look up your reading, and a support question can always be answered without it. If something went wrong, the page you were on and what you expected to happen is far more useful than your data.
What we can help with
- Something is broken. A button that does nothing, a chart that will not draw, a layout that has fallen apart on your phone. Please say which browser and which device — most of the failures this site has had were platform-specific and invisible everywhere else.
- Something is wrong. A factual error in the astronomy, a star described incorrectly, a date that does not match, a link that goes nowhere. Corrections are genuinely welcome and are the reason this address is on every page.
- A privacy question. What is collected, what is not, and how to verify it. The privacy notice answers most of this already and is written to be checked rather than believed.
- A disagreement. This site makes several choices — the triplicity decans, the Lahiri ayanamsa, where the Chinese year begins — that other practitioners make differently. If you think one of them is wrong, say why.
What to expect
This is a small independent service run by one operation, not a support department. Legitimate mail is read and answered when a reply is useful. There is no ticket number, no chatbot and no phone line.
It is also not an advice channel. We cannot interpret your chart for you, we do not offer readings or consultations, and we will not answer questions about whether to leave someone, take a job or worry about a symptom. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional rather than to a website.
